DEMO / SAMPLE - fictional business, not a client
Sample project: Demo Cleaning Co (fictional)
This sample was built from invented example data to show how a quote-request upgrade is put together and checked. Demo Cleaning Co does not exist. There is no client, no live site, no traffic and no results to report.
The sample brief
A fictional office-cleaning firm wants prospective customers to understand its main service and request a quote easily, while keeping links from its old website working.
- Package: quote-request upgrade
- One service page (office cleaning) and one quote-request journey
- Call, WhatsApp and email actions using obviously fake example details
- Old addresses /services.html and /contact-us redirected to the new pages; a retired promotion page listed as removed
What the sample includes
Everything below was produced from the fictional example data.
- Four pages: home, office cleaning, request a quote, and a thank-you page
- A quote form with labelled fields, required fields marked, error messages linked to each field, and spam protection; it also works without JavaScript
- Business facts shown only when approved; an example business statement with no evidence behind it stays hidden
- Search engines told not to index the preview
- The same content shown in three design variants
How the sample was checked
-
Content rules
The structured content is validated before every build. Missing required facts, unapproved statements or review-style content stop the build.
-
Build-time checks
The site build refuses unapproved facts or statements even if the first check is skipped.
-
Page checks
Every page is checked for structure, working internal links, form labels, contact links matching the approved facts, redirects and the no-index setting.
What this sample does not show
To be clear about its limits:
- Any real client, client feedback or business result
- Form delivery to a real inbox: no form-delivery provider is connected in the sample
- Browser-based acceptance checks on real devices, which are part of a paid project
