Make it easy for customers to request a quote

A small, fixed-scope website upgrade for Singapore service businesses, built from your existing content, checked before launch and handed over clearly.

Common issues we can help with

Our packages are designed for everyday issues like these:

  • A site that is hard to read or use on a phone
  • No easy way for visitors to request a quote
  • Call or WhatsApp links that do not work when tapped
  • A dated look
  • Leftover placeholder text, such as "Lorem ipsum"

What we do

We help make it easier for prospective customers to understand your service and ask you for a quote or site survey. We start with Singapore service businesses.

The scope is fixed and agreed in writing before work starts. We work within a narrow, supported set of website setups, so the price and what you get are clear up front. If your platform is unfamiliar or high-risk, we say so and give a separate estimate, suggest a partner, or decline.

We work from your existing content. What is included is listed in your quote; anything else is quoted separately or is outside our scope.

Two packages

Current prices; your written quote is what counts.

  • Quote-request upgrade – S$900

We rework one important service page and the way people contact you from it, to make it easier for visitors to understand what you offer and ask for a quote or site survey.

  • Small site refresh – S$1,800

A refreshed website of up to five pages in one language, with one consistent look and a quote form that sends enquiries to your email.

How it works

What you do, and what we do, at each step.

  1. Short intake

One 20–30 minute conversation, plus your existing website or brochure material. We prepare the fact sheet and a list of anything missing.

    Who: You

  2. Written scope and quote

We send a fixed scope, price and payment terms. You sign the quote to go ahead.

    Who: Us, then you

  3. Approve your facts once

You confirm the business facts we will publish. We do not invent reviews, figures or credentials; anything unconfirmed stays off the site.

    Who: You

  4. Private preview

We build on a private, non-indexed preview. You review it at the agreed checkpoints and send consolidated feedback.

    Who: Us

  5. Acceptance checks

Before launch we check the enquiry path end to end, contact links, redirects, indexing settings, keyboard access and mobile layouts. You approve the exact version that goes live.

    Who: Us

  6. Launch

After your acceptance and payment as set out in your quote, the site goes live on hosting and accounts in your name, with a rollback plan ready.

    Who: Us, with your approval

  7. Handover and defect fixes

You receive a handover guide: account control, renewal dates, how to make a common edit, known limitations and support dates. 30-day defect fixes.

    Who: Us

Our working rules

These are the working rules of the service, not promises about results.

  • Fixed scope and price, agreed in writing.
  • Little preparation needed: one conversation, your existing material and one approval of facts.
  • Only facts you have approved appear on your site.
  • We test the quote form and contact links before launch.
  • Accounts, hosting and domain in your name; third-party services are paid directly by you.
  • A handover guide, so you can manage the site without us after the support window.

Common questions

How long does it take?

It depends on the package and how quickly you can review the preview. We confirm the timeline in your written quote, before you pay anything.

What do I need to provide?

One 20–30 minute conversation, your existing website or brochure material, and one approval of the business facts we publish.

How do I pay?

A 50% deposit to start. When the balance is due is set out in writing with your quote.

Who owns the website?

You do. Hosting, accounts and domain are in your name, and the handover guide shows you how to manage them.

Can you add things that are not in the package?

Anything not listed in your quote is quoted separately, or we tell you it is outside our scope. Changes beyond the agreed scope need a new quote.

What happens if something breaks after launch?

30-day defect fixes: if something in the agreed scope does not work as accepted at launch, we fix it.

Do you work with businesses outside Singapore?

No. We work with Singapore businesses only.

Not sure which package fits?

Tell us what is not working. We will reply with a suggestion, or tell you if it is outside what we support.
