How We Work

When we work with a client, establishing a relaxing collaboration is important to us. In order to do so, we are very receptive to clients needs and provide solutions based on efficiency and effectiveness rather than purely on profit. On a typical project, our collaboration with clients is broken down into three generic phases: “listen”, “plan”, “build”. While fairly self explanatory, each step is important in carrying out a successful project:

  Listen.

  There are two types of listeners in the world; active and passive. We happen to be the former. We start every project by actively listening to our clients. We listen to obtain information, to understand a project and to learn about our clients. When you’ve told us everything there is to know, we’ll ask follow-up questions to clarify any outstanding points and iron-out exactly what is needed.

  Plan.

  We listen as well as we do so that when it comes time to create the plan, you can be confident that we’ll create a comprehensive plan custom-tailored to fit your needs precisely.   Build.

  We set reasonable expectations and are aggressive in our execution. We work to minimize any foreseeable delays before the project starts and we remain flexible throughout the build to account for life’s little surprises.
